12 weeks of progressive strength training, cardio, and fat burning circuits. Using specific exercises that target certain areas. Build and lift your bum, tone and strengthen your core and shape your legs and arms.

No of workouts per week: 6 45-60 min duration

MUSCLE ACTIVATION

The reason people are unable to target certain areas is that they don't know how to properly activate the muscles while training. Most people are quad dominant. This is why when they do exercises like squats and lunges they mostly feel it in their thighs. I created an activation plan to teach you how to properly activate your target muscles while training.

GAIN WEIGHT OR LEAN DOWN

The plan comes with 2 nutrition plans to show exactly what to eat. One nutrition plan is for people who want to gain muscle weight and add more muscle. The other is for people who want to lean down while gaining muscle. 

FORM IS THE KEY

Perfect form is essential for perfect results! Phase 1 beginner program, will teach you the correct form on the best bum exercises. I'm also always developing new exercises and new techniques to make current exercises even better which I'll be teaching you. For some of these techniques, you will be the first to learn them.

Connect your MyFitnessPal account to import nutritional information including calorie consumption and daily macros for logged meals, allowing both of us to better monitor your nutrition, and stay within targets.

Monitor your bio-metrics and nutrition by connecting you Fitbit account to automatically import your weight, body fat percentage, and resting heart rate data, allowing me to view your stats and help monitor your progress.
